摘 要:目的探讨改良概念图教学法对护理实习生临床实践行为的影响。方法本研究为对照研究设计,选取2015年1月至2015年4月在呼吸内科、消化内科、神经外科和骨外科接收的实习护理学生30名为观察组,2014年9月至2014年12月在以上四个科室实习的护理学生30名为对照组。观察组采用改良概念图教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法,比较两组的临床实践行为和出科考核成绩。结果在临床实践行为评价一级指标中,观察组护理学生在认知和动作技能领域的评价高于对照组(P<0.05);在二级指标中,在运用理论知识、临床技能、沟通交流和自我导向的学习行为方面观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);并且,除呼吸内科成绩外,观察组护理学生的出科成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良概念图教学法可以提高实习护理学生的临床实践行为,增强实习效果,值得推广应用。Objective Toexplorethe application effect of modified concept map in the clinical teaching of student nurses. Methods30student nurses in Respiratory Medicine, Gastroenterology, neurosurgery and Orthopaedicsfrom June to April in 2015were taken as experimental group, and 30student nurses received between Septemberand December in 2014 were taken as control group, then a comparative research was performed. Thee experimental group applied modified concept map teaching method, while the controlgroup applied traditional teaching method. At the end, both of the two groups were required to fill outBSN's clinical evaluation tool (CET) and compared their scores of test on completion of a course. Results In the first-level of the CET, theexperimental group set a higher evaluation on the cognitionand manipulation skillsthan the controlgroup (P〈 0. 05 ) . In the second-level indicatorstheexperimentalgroup showed a higher self-evaluation on the applyingtheknowledge, clinicalskills, communication and Self-directed learning behavior ( P〈0. 05 ). Further more, the experimental group had a higher overall scores of test on completion of a course and subscores except the RespiratoryMedicine (P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusions The modified concept map can improve the evaluation level and the scores of the student nurses in the clinical practice, which is worthybeingpopularized and applied.
