摘 要:以异戊酸和异戊醇为原料,环己烷为带水剂,甲基磺酸铜为催化剂,考察醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对异戊酸异戊酯收率的影响,并通过响应面分析法优化反应工艺。研究表明优化后的最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比1.6∶1、催化剂用量为异戊酸质量的5wt%、反应时间2.2 h、带水剂用量9m L,此条件下异戊酸异戊酯的收率为89.5%,与回归模型预测的试验结果相当。催化剂重复使用5次后,催化活性无明显降低,表明其具有良好的重复使用性。优化条件下甲基磺酸铜催化酯化反应的表观活化能Ea=52.81k J/mol,反应速率常数kA(L·mol-1·min-1)=80392exp(-439.06/T)。Isoamyl isovalerate is synthesized from isoamyl alcohol and isovaleric acid using copper methanesulfonate as catalysts and cyclohexane as water-carrying agent. The effects of alcohol/acid molar ratio, the amount of catalyst, re- action time and the amount of water-carrying agent are also investigated, Meanwhile, the optimum operation conditions are obtained by response surface methodology (RSM). The study shows the optimum conditions as follows: n(isoamyl al- cohol) : n (isopentanoic acid) =1.6:1, the amount of catalyst of 5wt % to acid, reaction time 2.2 h and the amount of water carrying agent 9 mL. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of isoamyl isovalerate reached 90.1%, in close a- greerment with values predicted hy the mathematical model The catalyst could he reused 5 times without obvious drop in activity, further indicating that the catalyst had good stability. Moreover, the kinetic model for the esterification was also established and evaluated under the optimized conditions. The apparent activation energy Ea = 52.81 kJ/mol, and the rate constant kA=80392exp (-439.06/T).
