摘　　要：目的：调查新入院精神分裂症患者有兴奋激越症状的比例,探索兴奋激越症状发生的相关因素。方法：本研究为多中心、横断面研究。在11家医院纳入新入院（入院时间24 h内）的精神分裂患者,采用自编一般情况调查表、CGI-S、PANSS-EC和MOAS量表进行评估,其中PANSS-EC总分≥14分,且至少有一条目得分≥4分定义为激越,PANSS-EC总分≥20分定义为严重激越。结果：最终纳入1115例患者,其中717例（64.3%）有兴奋激越症状,346例（31.0%）有严重激越症状。多因素logistic分析显示,入院前一周明显攻击行为（OR=7.49,95%CI：5.58-10.07）、非自愿住院（OR=1.66,95%CI：1.162.36）和CGI-S评分高（OR=1.39,95%CI：1.151.69）是兴奋激越的危险因素。结论：本研究提示新入院精神分裂症患者有兴奋激越症状的比例可能较高,入院前一周有明显攻击行为是兴奋激越症状的重要因素。d Objective： To investigate the rate of agitation among newly hospitalized patients with schizophre- nia, and to explore possible risk factors related to agitation. Methods： It was a hospital-based survey study in 11 psychiatric hospitals. Information about agitation of all enrolled patients were assessed with a self-compiled ques- tionnaire about general demographic data and illness characteristics, the Clinical Global Impression-Severity （CGIS）, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale-Excited Component （PANSS-EC） and Modified Overt Aggression Scale（MOAS）. Results： In the 1115 patients involved in the study, 717 （64. 3 % ） were agitated, and 346 （31.0% ） se- verely agitated. The related factor to agitation was the history of aggressive behavior （ OR = 7.49, 95% CI： 5.58 - 10. 07）, higher CGI score （OR = 1.39,95% CI： 1.15 - 1.69） and involuntary hospitalization （OR = 1.66, 95% CI： 1.16 - 2. 36）. Conclusions： The rate of agitation among newly hospitalized schizophrenic patients may be quite high, especially in those with history of aggressive behavior.
