摘 要:到目前为止,肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)的发病机制仍不十分清楚,还没有一种确切的治疗措施。随着其发病机理研究的进展,肥大细胞的作用越来越受重视。肥大细胞脱颗粒能释放强有力的神经介质和免疫调节物质,可以影响肠黏膜神经丛的活性从而导致IBS临床症状的发生。研究表明,嘌呤受体在肥大细胞上表达并且与其脱颗粒有关,本文就肥大细胞与嘌呤受体在IBS发病机理中的可能作用进行阐述。The pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) hasn't been announced completely by now, so there is no a basic therapeutic measures. As the more progress of the research of pathogenesis of IBS, the role of mast cell gets more and more attention. The degranulation of mast cells can release powerful neurotransmitters and immune regulators,which can influence the action of Intestinal mucosal plexus,leading to the occurrence of clinical symptoms of IBS. Many researches show that purinergic receptors express on mast cells and are related to degranulation of mast cells. In this paper,we will elaborate the possible role of mast cells and purinergic receptors in the pathogenesis of IBS.
