摘  要:针对某天线骨架减重优化的设计要求,进行了极端环境下的结构减重优化设计及数值模拟分析。在workbench软件中建立骨架的三维有限元模型。在模态分析的基础上,依据军用设备环境试验的标准,用时域瞬态分析法对其进行了3方向的冲击分析,算例数值模拟结果显示可以对相关结构件进行减重优化。优化后的骨架质量减轻了25%,对减重后的骨架再次进行数值模拟分析,结果表明应力变形响应均在材料的屈服强度和抗拉强度范围之内,满足抗冲击环境要求。In view of the lightweight requirement of an antenna framework,the structural lightweight design and the numerical simulation and analysis are performed in the extreme environment. The 3D finite element model of the framework is built in the workbench software. Based on the modal analysis,according to the standards of the environmental test of the military equipment,the shock response of the framework is analyzed in three directions through the time-domain transient analysis method,and the numerical simulation results indicate that the relevant structural parts can be optimized in weight. The quality of the framework optimized is reduced by about 25%,and it is simulated and analyzed again. The results indicate that the stress deformation response is within the range of the yield strength and the tensile strength of the materials,satisfying the anti-shock requirement of the working environment.
