摘 要:目的初步研究纸张上汗潜手印热致荧光成像技术的反应机理,探索汗液中主要成分对热致荧光效果的影响,为后续的研究指明方向。方法以纸张、锡箔纸、载玻片以及金属面为载体,逐步考查承痕客体以及汗液中的重要成分是否为形成荧光现象的主要原因。结果纸张不影响热致荧光反应;在汗液的各种重要成分中,只有氨基酸通过加热可产生较强且稳定的荧光效果,其他成分既不影响汗液热致荧光效果,也不能独自反应生成荧光物质。结论荧光物质主要由汗液中甘氨酸、丙氨酸和丝氨酸等多种氨基酸反应生成,下一步研究工作以氨基酸为研究对象进行反应机理的推理及验证。Objective To explore the mechanism by which the thermally-induced fluorescence imaging can develop latent sweat fingerprints on paper, and search how to influence the thermally-induced fluorescence by each of the principal sweat components. Methods The fingerprint carriers are chosen as paper, aluminum foil, glass slides and metal surfaces. The principal components of sweat are separately examined along with the fingerprint carriers so that tJae main reason can be determined for fluorescence to be emitted. Results The experimental results show that it is just the amino acids, when being heated, to produce strong and stable fluorescence other than the else ingredients of sweat or the carriers. Conclusions The fluorescent substance is mainly evolved from the 11 kinds of sweat-contained amino acids such as glycine, alanine and serine, bringing us a cornerstone to verify the reaction mechanism of thermally-induced fluorescence imaging to develop latent sweat fingerprints.
