摘　　要：高校文明创建档案建设工作是一项基础性工作,文明创建档案是文明创建活动的综合反映和真实的历史记载,也是接受上级文明单位考评验收组专家现场考察的重要内容。文明创建档案建设的成效,很大程度上决定着高校文明创建的成败,也是持续开展精神文明建设活动的重要参考。通过对当前相关工作薄弱环节的梳理分析,有针对性地提出相应对策,对后续研究及相关实践均具有借鉴价值。The civilization construction of archives in colleges and universities is a basic work, which is a comprehensive reflection and real historical record of civilization construction activities as well as the important content of the on - the - spot investigation by experts of the superior evaluation and acceptance group for civilized units. The effectiveness of the civilization construction of archives determines the success or failure of the construction of civilized universi zation. Through ty to a great extent and is an important reference for the sustained construction of spiritual civili- the analysis of the weak links of the current related work, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures, which has a reference value for the follow -up research and related practice.
