摘 要:针对某型军用轮式车辆在越野起伏砂石路面上高速行驶时振动与冲击较大的问题,在实测路面不平度的基础上,建立了半车行驶动力学模型,在时域内进行了动力学仿真分析。分析表明,振动较大是由车辆在恶劣越野路面上高速行驶时,悬架击穿频率较高造成的。在频域内采用基于悬架动挠度为限值的匹配方法对悬架参数进行了优化与仿真。研究结果表明,优化匹配结果基本满足战车平顺性与操稳性的设计要求,说明基于实测路面谱与悬架动挠度为限值的参数匹配方法对军用车辆悬架设计具有适用性与科学性。It is found that the vibration and impact in a military wheeled vehicle is great when it runs on the sand-gravel off-road with high speed. Based on the measured roughness of the typical off-road, the dynam- ics model of semi-car suspension was established and vibration response was simulated in time domain sub- sequently. The simulation shows the great vibration and impact of vehicle bodywork results from small stiffness of suspension, which causes the high frequency bump of suspension when it runs on the bad off- road with high speed. To solve the problem, the parameters matching method for its suspension based on the limited dynamic deflection was proposed and the simulation in frequency domain completed. The corre- sponding matched results, which show that military wheeled vehicles basically meet its requirements of ride comfort and operation stability, show the proposed parameters matching method for the armed vehicle based on the real road roughness is applicable and scientific.
