父亲参与教养与父亲效能感的相关研究——以长沙县城区幼儿园家长为例

摘  要:利用修订后的“父亲参与教养和父亲教养效能感”问卷对长沙县城区300名3—7岁幼儿的父亲进行调查,发现父亲效能感各维度与父亲参与教养各维度有显著相关,父亲效能感不仅对父亲参与教养有直接的预测作用,且其它的相关因素也通过父亲效能感对父亲参与教养起间接作用。为此,可通过干预父亲效能感的方式来提高父亲参与教养的水平。Using the revised Fathers' Participation in Breeding and Fathers'Breeding Self-efficacy Questionnaire, this study surveyed 300 fathers with their kids aging from 3 to 7 in Changsha City. It is found that various aspects of fathers' self-efficacy and participation are high relevant. Fathers' self-efficacy can not only predict fathers' participation in breeding, but also mediate other relevant factors to influence fathers' participation. Therefore, it is concluded that the improving of fathers' participation can be achieved by interfering fathers' self-efficacy.
