综合医院继续医学教育项目管理实践探索

摘　　要：继续医学教育项目是卫生技术人员接受继续医学教育的重要途径,随着继教项目数量逐年增加,如何保证继教质量尤为重要。以南京医科大学附属第一医院为研究对象,介绍了综合医院在继续教育项目管理中,如何通过项目申报严格把关、加强过程监管、建立考核指标体系、加强经费管理、实施品牌化策略、进行分类管理等方式加强对项目的管理,并提出了改进管理工作的建议。Continuing medical education program is an important way for health technicians to receive continuing medical education.With an increasing tendency of the number of continuing medical education programs,how to ensure the teaching quality is especially important.Regarding the first hospital affiliated to Nanjing medical university as the research object,this paper introduces the way for the general hospital in continuing education project management to check strictly,strengthen the process supervision of project application,establish the evaluation index system,strengthen the budget management,implement the brand strategy and classified management,and other ways to strengthen the management of the project.Simultaneously,it recommends the suggestions to improve the management.
