摘  要:对苎麻根际土壤浸提液进行了检测分析,以对苎麻根系分泌物的组成进行初步探索。以乙酸乙酯和正己烷为浸提剂浸提"湘苎3号"、"多倍体1号"、"中苎1号"、"湘苎7号"和"R057"根际土壤,浸提液通过过滤、浓缩,用气相色谱—质谱联用仪(GC-MS)进行了组分分析。"湘苎3号"、"多倍体1号"、"中苎1号"、"湘苎7号"和"R057"根际土壤乙酸乙酯浸提液中物质相对含量分别为4.77%、3.94%、3.48%、3.86%和4.19%,正己烷浸提液中物质相对含量分别为6.93%、5.58%、5.54%、7.11%和6.29%。苎麻根际土壤乙酸乙酯和正己烷浸提液中分别检测并鉴定了20、12种物质,主要包括烷烃类、酯类、酸类等,含量相对较高的有棕榈酸、油酸酰胺、2-甲基二十烷、正二十七烷等。其中棕榈酸是典型的化感物质,其对苎麻生长产生的影响及作用机制有待进一步研究。Rhizosphere soil extract was analyzed to acquire primary information about dates in this paper. Ethyl acetate and n -hexane were used to extract rhizoshpere soil of ramie root exu- Xiangzhu - 3, Tri - 1, Zhongzhu - 1, Xiangzhu - 7 and R057. The extract was filtrated and concentrated, then ana- lyzed by GC - MS. The relative content of the organic ingredients in ethyl acetate extracts of Xiangzhu - 3, Tri - 1, Zhongzhu - 1, Xiangzhu -7 and R057 was 4. 77% , 3.94% , 3.48%, 3.86% and 4. 19% , and in n -hexane extracts was 6. 93% , 5.58% , 5.54%, 7.11% and 6. 29% , respectively. About 20 peaks were observed and identified from ethyl acetate and 12 from n - hexane extracts, which consisted of hydrocarbon, ester, organic acid, and so on. The comparatively higher proportions with relative components were palmitie acid, oleamide, 2 - methyleicosane, heptacosane, and so on. The palmitie acid was a kind of allelochemical, and its impact on ramie growth and action mechanism needs to be further studied.
