摘　　要：目的调查青光眼患者自我管理现状及影响因素,为探索青光眼患者个性化自我管理模式提供理论依据。方法采用自制青光眼患者自我管理问卷对2013年6月至2014年6月在该院眼科就诊的180例青光眼患者进行自我管理现状及影响因素调查。结果 180例青光眼患者自我管理得分为68~214分,平均（151.22±22.45）分,其中,自我管理水平中等及以上52例,占28.89%,自我管理水平较低128例,占71.1%;文化程度小学及以下、初中,家庭人均月收入小于1 500元,居民医保,分居/丧偶/离异,缺乏社区干预与低自我管理水平相关[比值比（OR）=3.345、2.523,3.612,5.966,2.056,4.432,P〈0.05];高中或中专、大专文化程度,家庭人均月收入大于或等于1 500元,职工医保,已婚,积极的社区干预与中等及以上自我管理水平相关（OR=2.736、4.065,2.722,2.922,1.569,1.999,P〈0.05）。结论青光眼患者自我管理水平较低,其影响因素有文化程度、经济负担、家庭支持、社区干预。Objective To investigate the self-management status quo of glaucoma patients and its influencing factors in order to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the individual self-management mode of glaucoma patients. Methods The selfdesigned glaucoma patient self management questionnaire was adopted to investigate the self-management status quo and influencing factors among 180 glaucoma patients in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014. Results The self management score of180 glaucoma patients was 68-214 points,with the average of（151.22±22.45） points,among them,52 cases were the middle level of self management or above（28.9%） and 128 cases were the lower level of self management（71.1%）;the cultural level of primary school or below,junior middle school,per capita average monthly family income less than 1 500 Yuan,resident medical insurance,widowed or divorced and lack of community intervention were related with the low management level（OR=3.345、2.523,3.612,5.966,2.056,4.432,P〈0.05）;the cultural level of senior middle school or technical secondary school and college,per capita average monthly family income more than 1 500 Yuan,staff medical insurance,married,active community intervention were correlated with the middle level of self management or more（OR=2.736,4.065,2.722,2.922,1.569,1.999,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The low self management level of glaucoma patients have the influencing factors such as the cultural level,economic burden,family support and community intervention.
