摘　　要：文章通过对二级供应商评价指标与体系的研究,结合层次分析法和变异系数法,对二级供应商进行评价,并基于评价结果设计提出分类管理的方法,以有效提升供应链效率。With more PC companies apply make-to-order and JIT production mode to meet the market demand, second-tier supplier＇s capability and performance have a growing impact on the entire PC supply chain.Based on the research of second-tier supplier evaluation system,combined with AHP and variation coefficient method,this thesis evaluated the business performance the second-tier supplier,and adopted the specific classification management to enhance the supply chain efficiency.
