摘  要:目的旨在研究深冷处理技术对铸造纯钛烤瓷金瓷结合力的影响,探讨改善钛瓷结合强度的新技术,以期延长纯钛烤瓷的临床使用寿命,并提供理论和试验依据。方法试件尺寸依据ISO9693:1999标准制备。先制备纯钛铸造试件,之后按随机数字表法分为对照(A)组、烤瓷前深冷处理(B)组和烤瓷后深冷处理(C)组3个组,分别按顺序完成深冷处理及瓷层的堆塑烧结后,在电子万能试验机上对纯钛烤瓷试件依次进行三点弯曲测试,对测得的数据运用统计学软件进行分析。结果三点弯曲测试结果:各组试件的钛瓷结合强度分别为:A组[(30±5)MPa],B组[(31±5)MPa],C组[(36±4)MPa]。采用ANOVA单因素方差分析及S-N-K多重组间比较检验,方差分析结果显示各比较组间的结果差异有统计学意义,S-N-K多重比较检验提示烤瓷后深冷处理组的结合强度显著高于其他2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而烤瓷前深冷处理组与对照组的结合强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论深冷处理技术有利于纯钛烤瓷钛瓷结合强度的提高。Objective To determine the effect of cryogenic treatment on bond strength of porcelain fused to pure titanium, and to investigate the new technique to improve the bond strength of titanium porcelain, extending the clinical life of pure titanium porcelain and providing theoretical and experimental basis. Methods The specimens were prepared according to the criteria of ISO9693:1999. The pure titanium specimens were prepared, and randomly divided into the control group(group A), porcelain before cryogenic treatment group(group B) and porcelain after cryogenic treatment group(group C). All the groups were sequentially processed by cryogenic treatment and the sin-tering of the porcelain layer, respectively. The electronic universal testing machine was used to measure the three-point bending test for all the pure titanium specimens, and the data were analyzed by statistical software. Results The findings of the three-point bending test: the bond strength of porcelain fused to pure titanium in groups A, B, and C were(30±5) MPa,(31 ±5) MPa and(36 ±4) MPa, respectively. One-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) and S-N-K multiple comparison test were used to analyze the data. ANOVA showed that there were differences between the groups. S-N-K multiple comparison test suggested that the bond strength of the porcelain after cryogenic treatment group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups, and there was statistical difference( P〈0.05). There was no statistical difference in the bond strength between the porcelain before cryogenic treatment group and the con-trol group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Cryogenic treatment is beneficial to improve the bond strength of porcelain fused to pure titanium.
