摘  要:目的探讨中小学教师人际关系困扰现状及相关因素。方法对340名中小学教师采用自设一般情况调查表、人际关系综合诊断量表(IRIDQ)和生活满意度量表(SWLS)进行调查。结果人际关系困扰的总检出率为42.06%。女性、理科、少数民族教师IRIDQ总分及各因子分高于男性、文科、汉族教师(P<0.05)。不同地域、婚姻状况的教师IRIDQ总分及各因子分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中小学教师的SWLS总分与IRIDQ总分及各因子分均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论中小学教师的人际关系困扰状况较为严重,其与自身因素及生活满意程度有关。Objective To explore the status and related factors for interpersonal disturbance in primary and junior middle school teachers. Methods A total of 340 primary and junior middle school teachers were selected and assessed with selfdesigned information questionnaire,Interpersonal Relationship Integrated Diagnosis Questionnaire( IRIDQ) and Satisfaction with Life Scale( SWLS). Results The detection rate of interpersonal disturbance in primary and junior middle school teachers was 42. 06%. The total score and all factor scores of IRIDQ in female,science and ethnic minority teachers were all significantly higher than those in male,liberal arts and HAN nationality teachers( P〈0. 05). There were no significant differences for the total score and all factor scores of IRIDQ among teachers in different regions and marital statuses( P〉0. 05). The total score of SWLS was negatively correlated with the total score and all factor scores of IRIDQ( P〉0. 05). Conclusion It's serious for the status of interpersonal disturbance in primary and junior middle school teachers,which is correlated with their self factors and life satisfaction level.
