摘　　要：目的检测精神分裂症患者外周血中髓鞘相关抑制因子（RTN4）基因的信使核糖核酸（mRNA）表达量,研究其与临床症状间的关系。方法对44例精神分裂症患者（患者组）和37例社区正常人群（对照组）的外周肘静脉采血2～3 ml,提取总RNA,制备c DNA,比较两组RTN4基因的mRNA表达水平。对患者组采用阳性和阴性综合征量表（PANSS）进行评分,两两比较阳性症状为主组、阴性症状为主组和混合症状为主组三组RTNA基因的mRNA表达水平。结果患者组与对照组外周血中的RTN4基因表达水平存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）,患者组中阳性症状为主组、阴性症状为主组、混合症状为主组,两两之间RTN4表达水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 RTN4基因的mRNA表达量与精神分裂症之间存在着相关性,可为今后进一步了解精神分裂症的发病机制及诊断治疗等方面提供依据。Objective To detect the mRNA expression of RTN4 gene in peripheral blood of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 44 schizophrenic patients（ study group） and 37 healthy controls（ control group） were recruited to collect peripheral venous blood 2 ～ 3ml for RNA extraction and c DNA preparation. mRNA expression level of RTN4 gene was compared between study group and control group. Patients in study group were divided into subgroup with prominent positive symptoms（ PPS subgroup）,subgroup with prominent negative symptoms（ PNS subgroup） and subgroup with prominent mixed symptoms（ PMS subgroup） according to the results of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（ PANSS）. Pairwise comparison was conducted on mRNA expression level of RTN4 gene among the three subgroups. Results There was significant difference in mRNA expression level of RTN4 gene in peripheral blood between study group and control group（ P〈0. 05）. However,no significant difference was found in mRNA expression level of RTN4 gene in pairwise comparison among the three subgroups with schizophrenia（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion mRNA expression level of RTN4 gene is correlated with schizophrenia,which can provide evidence for further understanding of pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment for schizophrenia.
