摘 要:采用IPCC方法,对西北地区能源消费的碳排放进行时空差异分析,并对碳排放地域类型作了划分。结果表明:1990—2013年,西北地区碳排放总量由1.91×108t增长至12.03×108t,碳排放强度由18.40t/万元降为9.87t/万元,碳排放压力从很低等级(Ⅰa)升为中上等级(Ⅱb)。碳排放的空间集聚特征明显,碳排放总量呈现出以关天城市群、河西走廊城市群、银川平原城市群为主核和以天山北坡城市群为副核的主—副核模式,碳排放强度由西北向东南降低,碳排放压力以第二亚欧大陆桥轴线城市带、银川平原城市群以及陕北能源基地为较高区域。依据碳排放总量、强度和压力,划分出了高高高型(乌鲁木齐、昌吉、兰州、银川、石嘴山、吴忠、延安、榆林、渭南)、高高低型(阿克苏)、高低高型(西安、宝鸡和咸阳)、低高高型(哈密、西宁、海西、嘉峪关和金昌)、低高低型(吐鲁番、巴音郭楞、白银、平凉、临夏和固原)、低低高型(克拉玛依和铜川)、低低低型(伊犁、塔城、黄南、玉树等25个市州)等7类碳排放地域类型,并对不同类型区的碳减排策略作了初步探讨。Based on the IPCC method, this paper calculated the carbon emissions from the energy consumption in the northwestern regions to analyze its temporal-spatial difference, and the carbon emission types were also divided. The results are as followed: from 1990 to 2013, energy consumption carbon emissions increased from 1.91 × 10^4 t to 12.03 × 10^8 t in Northwest China. Carbon emission intensity decreased from 18.40 t/10^4 Yuan to 9.87 t/10^4 Yuan. The grade of carbon emission pressure improved from very low grade ( I a) to above average grade ( I1 ,). Agglomeration features of each carbon emission index were different, and the total amount of carbon emissions showed a main-deputy nuclear mode in which Guantian, Yinchuan Plain and He-Xi Corridor are the main nuclear urban agglomeration and the North Slope of Tianshan Mountain is the sub-nuclear urban agglomeration. The Carbon emission intensity decreased from northwest to southeast. The carbon emission pressure was higher at the urban belt along the axis of the Second Asia-Europe Continental Bridge (Xi'an-Lanzhou-Xining-Urumqi), the urban agglomeration in the Yinchuan Plain and the energy base of northern Shanxi. According to the total amount, intensity and pressure, the carbon emissions can be divided into 7 types in the research area. They are H-H-H type (high carbon emission quantity-high carbon emission intensity-high carbon emission pressure) including Urumqi, Changji, Lanzhou, Yinchuan, Shizuishan, Wuzhong, Yan'an,Yulin and Weinan, H-H-L type such as Aksu, H-L-H type including Xi' an, Baoji and Xianyang, L-H-H type including Hami, Xining, Haixi, Jiayuguan and Jinchang, L-H-L type including Turpan, Bayingolin, Baiyin, Pingliang, Linxia and Guyuan,L-L-H type including Karamay and Tongchuan, L-L-H type including the rest 25 prefecture regions such as Ili, Tacheng, Huangnan, Yushu and so on. Different carbon reduction strategies were preliminarily discussed for different types of carbon emission regions.
