摘　　要：军队院校国家级实验教学示范中心承担着人才培养与服务部队的职能,建立开放共享的教学环境,对充分发挥中心的教学和人才资源,提升人才培养质量,服务部队能力具有重要意义。结合军队院校特点充分分析了开放共享的必要性,提出了实验教学中心开放共享改革思路,探索了以网络教学管理信息系统为支撑的开放共享运行模式。该模式建立了院校与部队的互动交流机制,促进院校教学向部队靠拢、向实战聚焦,有利于实验教学中心人才培养和服务部队能力的提升。National experimental teaching demonstration center inmilitary academiestakes responsibility for talents cultivation and servicing for army. The quality of talents training and ability of servicing for armywas promoted by building of sharing mechanismand making full use of teaching and talents source. According to the characteristics of military academies, the necessity of sharingwas analyzed. The reformation mentality of sharing was putted forward. The sharing mechanism afforded by network teaching management platform was explored. The communication of academy and army was built by the sharing mechanism. The keeping closely to army and forcing on combat of academy teaching was promoted and benefit to the ability of talents cultivation and servicing for army of experimental teaching center.
