摘　　要：回顾我国有关养老金问题的研究简况,分析国企利润分红向养老保险倾斜的必要性与可行性。阐述当前国企利润收支结构不合理、缺乏法律保障以及养老保险碎片化影响国企红利全民分红效果等问题,针对存在的问题,提出国企利润实现全民共享,以缓解养老金缺口压力的政策完善建议。The article provides the brief introduction to the research work related to our country＇s pension problem. It analyses the necessity and feasibility of SOE profit dividends inclining towards endowment insurance. The article explores the problems with current SOE profits, such as their irrational revenue and expenditure structure, lack of lawful protection, fragmented pension, which will affect the effect of national dividends. Then, it puts forward relevant policy recommendations on those deficiencies, proposes SOE profits to achieve universal access to ease the pressure of the pension gap.
