摘　　要：白塞综合征葡萄膜炎是一种反复发作的、难治性的致盲眼病,本文从理论和临床上对白塞综合征葡萄膜炎与络病的相关性进行阐述,提出络脉瘀阻是本病的主要病变机制,治疗本病应采用"通络"法。Behcet＇s syndrome uveitis is a kind of recurrent, refractory blinding eye disease. This paper discussed the relationship between Behcet＇s syndrome uveitis and collateral disorder. We found that collateral stasis and obstruction were the main pathological changes of the disease. So Behcet＇s syndrome uveitis could be managed by collateral-dredging therapy.
