摘 要:以药学专业蛋白质结构与功能的教学作为专题教学实例,展示了探究式教学法结合问题式教学法在生物大分子结构与功能课程中的应用。整个教学过程采用情境、资源、任务、过程以及评价等5个模块组织实施。教学效果评价显示,探究式教学法结合PBL教学显著激发学生自主学习的兴趣,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力。学生除了更牢固掌握该课程的知识与专业技能外,还对科研产生了浓厚兴趣,增强了团队合作意识。该教学法对提高学生的综合素质,促进教学改革以及全面提高教学质量有着积极意义。We reported an application of problem-based learning combined with inquiry teaching in Structure and Function of Biomacromolecules by using structures and functions of the proteins as an example. The teaching process was divided into five modules: situation, resources, task, process and evaluation. The results showed that this teaching method can stimulate students" interest in learning,improve students" ability to analyze and solve problems.This teaching method not only endowed the students with the knowledge and skills of pharmaceutical molecular biolo- gy, but also inspired their scientific research interest and ability of team-work. It has a positive significance to improve the comprehensive quality of the students, promote teaching reform and improve teaching quality.
