整合式教学模式在某军医大学健康教育学任职培训中的实践

摘　　要：军队健康教育学任职培训强调在教学中贯穿素质教育和创新思维,尊重学员的主体地位,坚持以人为本、以学员为主体,将传授知识、培养能力和提高素质融为一体。但是目前传统的灌输式教学方法难以实现岗位任职能力培养的要求,为此,某军医大学通过课程改革,整合教学内容、教学方法和手段,优化教员与学员考评方法,探索适用于军队院校任职教育培训健康教育学课程的整合式教学模式。该教学模式能有效提升学员学习兴趣,提高教学效果。Occupation training of health education emphasized on the quality education and innovative thinking in teaching. With respect for the students＂ main position, it made imparting knowledge, training ability and improving the quality integrated. However, the traditional ＂indoctri- nation＂ teaching method was difficult to achieve professional qualification training requirements. Therefore, a military medical university explored integrated teaching mode of health education training course by optimizing the teaching content, integrating teaching methods and means, optimi- zing assessment methods, as well as integrating of teachers and students. The teaching mode could effectively improve the cadets＂ learning interest and teaching effect.
