摘　　要：康明斯M11系列柴油机的主轴承和连杆轴承的配合精度较高,对机油的清洁度要求也较高。通过对2例新装配的M11型柴油机的轴承故障的原因分析,指出在M11型柴油机装配时,空气中的尘埃可能使柴油机零部件表面的清洁度变差,是轴承发生故障的主要原因之一。在M11型柴油机的装配过程中,应该在空气质量较好的状态下进行。The mate precision of the base bearing and connecting rod bearing of Cummins M11 type diesel engine is very high, also to lubricating oil cleanliness requirements. Through two cases of new assembly M11 type diesel engine, the analysis of the causes of the bearing fault. Pointed out that in the diesel engine assembly, the purity of the dust in the air may be the spare parts of diesel engine surface variation is one of the leading causes of bearing failure. In the process of Mll type diesel engine assembly, should be in a better quality of air condition.
