摘  要:针对行星减速器的多目标优化设计,运用层析分析法确定分目标函数的权重系数,克服了权重系数选取的主观性和不确定性。针对设计变量为离散变量,采用基于改进粒子群算法的离散变量处理策略对优化设计模型进行求解。通过具体实例计算,得到的优化设计参数比原设计参数更加合理,证明了该方法在行星减速器多目标优化中的可行性和合理性。Aiming at the multi-objective optimization design of the planetary reducer, the welglat coefficient of the sub-objective function is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process, which overcomes the subjectivity and uncertainty of the weight coefficient selection. In order to solve the problem that the design variables are discrete, a discrete processing strategy based on improved particle swarm optimization is adopted to solve the optimal design model. Through a specific example of calculation, the optimal design parameters are more reasonable than the original, which proves the feasibility and rationality of this method in multi-objective optimization of planetary reducer.
