摘　　要：[目的]描述2012年河南省癌症的发病与死亡水平,为河南省癌症控制行动提供基础信息。[方法]按照肿瘤登记质量控制标准,对河南省19个肿瘤登记处提交的2012年数据进行系统评估。对符合质量要求的登记处数据进行汇总统计,分城乡、性别、年龄及癌症部位分别计算发病率及死亡率,以2012年河南省人口数为人群,按城乡、性别及年龄组估计癌症的发病数和死亡数,计算河南省癌症发病率与死亡率。[结果]河南省19个登记处覆盖人口16 082 688人,病理诊断比例为69.84%,仅有死亡证书比例为2.30%,死亡发病比为0.64。据估计,2012年河南省新发癌症24.85万例,发病率为266.17/10万(城市278.80/10万,农村263.33/10万);癌症死亡人数为15.86万,死亡率为169.90/10万(城市174.63/10万,农村168.83/10万)。发病前10位癌症部位依次为肺、胃、食管、肝、女性乳腺、结直肠、宫颈、脑及中枢神经系统、子宫体和卵巢;死亡前10位癌症依次为肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、脑及中枢神经系统肿瘤、白血病、胰腺癌和宫颈癌。[结论]河南省癌症负担较重,肺癌、消化系统癌症及女性乳腺癌为重点防治癌种。[Purpose] To investigate the cancer incidence and mortality of Henan province in2012,and to provide primary data for cancer control. [Methods] Data submitted from 19 registries were evaluated according to cancer registration quality control standards. The qualified data was stratified by area,gender,age group and cancer site,incidence and mortality were calculated combined with the population of Henan province in 2012. [Results] The 19 cancer registries covered a population of 16 082 688. The morphology verified cases（MV%） accounted for 69.84%,and2.30% of incident cases only had death certifications（DCO%）. Mortality to incidence ratio（M/I） was0.64. It was estimated that new cancer cases in Henan province were 248.5 thousands. Crude incidence was 266.17/105（urban 278.80/105,rural 263.33/105）. The estimated cancer deaths were about 158.6 thousands with a crude mortality rate of 169.90/105（174.63/105 in urban and 168.83/105 in rural）. Cancers of lung,stomach,esophageal,liver,female breast,colon and rectum,cervix,brain,uterus and ovary were the most common cancers. Lung cancer ranked first among the all cancer deaths,followed by caners of stomach,esophageal,liver,colorectum,breast,brain,leukemia,pancreas and cervix. [Conclusions] Cancer burden is high in Henan province. Lung cancer,digestive system cancer and female breast cancer should be focused on.
