摘　　要：微卫星稳定性作为评价DNA错配修复系统(MMR)的功能标记,可作为Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期结直肠癌患者辅助治疗的风险评估有效工具。全文从错配修复基因/微卫星不稳定性与结直肠癌发生及其在Ⅱ/Ⅲ期结肠癌化疗辅助治疗中的应用方面进行综述。Stability of microsatellite as a functional marker for evaluation of DNA mismatch repair（MMR） system,was used as an effective tool for the risk evaluation of adjuvant treatment of patients with colorectal cancer stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The correlation between MMR/MSI and colorectal cancer,and the application of MMR/MSI in adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer stage Ⅱ/Ⅲ were reviewed.
