摘　　要：作者回顾了参加第二届高等学校物理基础课程青年教师讲课比赛的经历,并总结了参加比赛后的收获.平时个人的积累,团队的支持是青年教师成长的必要条件.讲课比赛为广大的青年教师提供了彼此交流、相互促进、共同进步的平台.The author gives a review of the 2nd national lecture competition,the＂Higher-education Cup＂,of college physics for young teachers,and summarizes some experience after the game：both the individual reserve of knowledge and skill,and the support from a teaching team,are very important for the growth of young teachers;and this lecture competition provides a platform for young teachers to communicate and make improvements together.
