摘  要:建立实验室规模缺氧-好氧反应器对含工业纺织染料模拟印染废水进行处理。通过XAD-8树脂将缺氧出水和好氧出水水样中溶解性有机物分离成不同组分,特征分析表明,2种水样中亲水性物质溶解性有机碳(Dissolved Organic Carbon,DOC)含量最高,疏水中性物质芳香化合物含量和所含有机物芳香化构造程度最高。采用发光细菌法和SOS/umu试验分别对水样急性毒性和遗传毒性进行检测,结果表明,缺氧处理使水样急性毒性和遗传毒性显著升高(p<0.05),而好氧处理后急性毒性和遗传毒性均有所降低。缺氧出水和好氧出水水样中主要遗传毒性成分为疏水酸性物质和疏水中性物质。研究表明,整个缺氧-好氧处理工艺对废水脱毒效果不显著。The given paper is to bring about the results of its ex- ploration of the components and biotoxicity variations of the textile dyeing wastewater during the anoxic and aerobic treatment. In or- der to study the characteristic features of the textile dyeing wastewater during the biological treatment, we have established a lab-scale sequential anoxic-aerobic system for treating the simula- ted wastewater containing 5 industrial textile dyestuffs, such as Direct Red 28, Direct Yellow 12, Reactive Black 5, Reactive blue 21 and Reactive Blue 19. As the system is running under the steady conditions, it is for the dissolved organic matters (DOM) in the anoxic and aerobic wastewater samples to be isolated into 4 different components by XAD - 8 resin, including the hydrophobic acids ( HOA), the hydrophobic bases ( HOB), the hydrophobic neutrals (HON) and the hydrophilic substances (HIS). We have adopted the mass balance and quantitative method so as to work out the DOC values of HIS of the anoxic and aerobic wastewater samples, which stand for 86. 7 mg/L and 20. 9 mg/L, respectively, which proves to be much higher than that of the other components. On the other hand, we have done analysis of UV/ Visible spectra of DOM components when they were diluted to the original volumes. Moreover, the HON from the both samples tends to be the only component with high absorbance at 400 -700 nm. This implies that it is composed of the most colored compounds in the wastewater. Furthermore, the HON in each sample can also be considered to be the highest in UV254 value with the specific UV absorbance ( SUVA ) value, signifying that it contains the most aromatic compounds among all the DOM components. At the same time, we have made evaluations on the acute toxicity and the genotoxicity of the wastewater samples by doing the lumi- nescent bacteria test and SOS/umu assay, respectively, which help us to find that both of the acute toxicity and genotoxicity have significantly increased as the result of the anoxic treatme
