摘 要:本文研究了以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯为软硬单体、丙烯酸为功能单体,羧甲基纤维素钠CMC-Na为稳定剂,采用无皂乳液聚合的方法,制备Pickering丙烯酸酯乳液。首先考察了不同配比的CMC-Na对丙烯酸酯乳液性能的影响,然后测定了羧甲基纤维素钠的接触角,并对合成的乳液进行了红外表征,最终得到羧甲基纤维素钠的接触角为36.59°,并且在羧甲基纤维素钠的配比为3%时,乳液的固含量为24.12%,转化率为96.49%,粒径为152nm,施胶度为37s,此时制得的丙烯酸酯乳液的稳定性和抗水性最佳。This paper mainly studied the soap free emulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate as hard monomer,butyl acrylate as soft monomer,acrylic acid as functional monomer,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose( CMC- Na) as protective colloid,Pickering emulsion were prepared. The contact angle of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was determined,and the effects of different concentrations of CMC- Na on the properties of acrylate emulsion were examined. The emulsion was also characterized. The contact angle of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was 36. 59°. When the ratio of carboxymethyl cellulose was 3%,the solid content of emulsion was 24. 12%,the conversion rate was 96. 49%,the particle size was 152 nm,and the sizing degree was 37 s. At that time,the stability and water resistance of acrylate emulsion were the best.
