承德市山区农村生活用能现状对大气环境的影响及对策分析——以河北省承德市平泉县瀑河沿村为例

摘　　要：对承德市山区农村调查显示,当地炊事、取暖等生活用能传统单一,主要以农作物秸秆直接燃烧和散煤燃烧为主,其污染物排放对大气环境影响显著。通过推广秸秆清洁利用技术,洁净煤、型煤及配套炉具研发与推广,以及以电采暖方式进行燃煤替代等措施改善山区农村生活用能方式,是有效解决冬季灰霾频发、控制大气污染的有效举措。Based on detailed investigation and research of rural life energy consumption situation in the mountainous area of Chengde city, the conclusion is made that the current life energy consumption structure is traditional, including crops straw and coal combustion directly, which has caused serious air pollution. To optimize rural energy consumption structure and improve regional air quality, the utilization of bio-briquette, clean coal, moulded coal, and electric heating is effective.
