摘　　要：欧美发达国家实行的教育自治和民营化改革以及印度、日本等亚洲国家建立的教育体系,让民营教育部门成为最核心的"知识产权蓄水池",即研究、传承、存储、蓄积当代社会大部分知识产权的"知识养成平台"。当前,我国高度重视人才培养和教育改革,基于国外发展职业教育的成功经验和教训,适合山东地域文化特征、特色产业需求的山东职业教育市场应该去哪?Europe and the United States developed countries to implement the education autonomy and privatization reform and India, Japan and other Asian countries to establish the education system, so that the private education sector has become the core of the ＂intellectual property reservoir.That is, research, heritage, storage, accumulation of most contemporary intellectual property rights of the ＂knowledge to develop a platform.＂At present, China attaches great importance to personnel training and education reform, based on the successful development of vocational education abroad experience and lessons.
