摘 要:针对自动腹膜透析治疗中透析液的加热方式复杂、加热慢、温度控制不精确等问题,设计了一套基于模糊自适应PID的自动腹膜透析温控装置。该装置以嵌入式处理器为控制核心,通过温度传感器实时监测透析液和加热部件温度,控制算法尽可能快地将透析液加热到预设温度并保持稳定,同时该设计具有过热保护功能。实验结果表明:该装置加热速度快,误差波动范围小,温度控制精度高。The heating method of the APD is complex and inaccuracy. What is more,the heating rate is slow. To solve these problems an APD temperature controller based on fuzzy adaptive PID is designed. The device uses the embedded processor as the core and uses sensors to monitor the temperatures of dialysate and heater block in real time.According to the control algorithm the dialysate is heated to the preset temperature as soon as possible and kept steady.The results show that: the devices is fast heating,fluctuation margin of error is small,high precision temperature control.
