摘  要:高分子材料与工程专业的生产实习是本专业重要的教学环节,对于培养学生的实践能力与综合素质具有重要作用,针对目前我校生产实习中存在的问题,引入多媒体仿真实习,从单元训练入手,逐步过渡到大型聚合反应装置,将原来的单一到工厂生产实习的模式改革为数字化仿真实习和工厂实际生产实习相结合的模式,积极联系多家生产实习企业,多方位多角度拓宽实习渠道,并严格考试制度,严把考核关。经过几年的改革与实践,我校生产实习取得了较好的实习效果。As an important teaching part of polymer materials and engineering major, the production practice plays an important role in improving the practical ability, and even comprehensive qualities of the students. In order to solve the current problems of production practice in our college, multimedia simulation training is introduced as the entrance of production practice. Depending on the multimedia simulation, the production practice can be carried out from the unit training, and transformed step by step to large-scale polymerization apparatus. The introducing of multimedia simulation declares the mode of the production practice in our college has transformed from the only plant mode to combined mode, i.e., the plant and digitized simulation mode. In addition, more and more plants have been listed as our practice base. With the strict assessment system, after several years of reform and practice, we have achieved a good effect on production practice.
