摘  要:目的建立同时测定果汁饮料中3种常用有机磷农药(甲胺磷、马拉硫磷、杀螟硫磷)的气相色谱测定方法。方法用乙腈和果汁的比例在3∶1左右振荡提取果汁样品中的3种有机磷农药,采用FPD检测器对其进行测定,外标法定量。结果样品平均加标回收率为88.0%~100.0%,相对标准偏差为2.29%~3.78%,检出限为0.02 mg/kg。在0.05~1.0 mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系。结论该方法具有很好的线性关系和较高的准确度及精密度,并且操作简便、快速。Objective To establish a new GC- FPD method for simultaneous determination of 3 commonly used organophosphorus pesticides( methamidophos,malathion,fenitrothion) in juice drinks. Methods 3 organophosphorus pesticides were oscillated abstracted by acetonitrile( ratio of juice in 3: 1),and then determinated by GC- FPD with external standard method. Results The average recovery of standard addition were 88. 0- 100. 0%,the relative standard deviations were 2. 29- 3. 78%,the detection limit were 0. 02 mg / kg,the standard curve have good linearity relative within 0. 05-1. 0 mg / L. Conclusion This method is simple,rapid. It has a good linear relationship and a higher degree of accuracy and precision.
