29个薄壳山核桃种质形态性状分析

摘　　要：以浙江杭州种质资源收集圃内的29个薄壳山核桃种质为研究对象,对其鲜果重、果形指数、果皮厚度、籽重、出籽率、籽壳厚度、籽形指数、仁重、出仁率等9个形态性状进行测定和分析,并对各性状之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,不同种质薄壳山核桃形态性状之间有明显差异,鲜果重跟籽重呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.923;果形指数和籽形指数呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.941;籽形指数和籽壳厚度呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.478。ZL90种质果实大、籽重、壳薄、出仁率高、仁易取、种质内变异小、性状遗传稳定。Twenty nine cul tivars of pecan germplasm were collected from Yuhang district, Zhejiang Province.The fruit weight, fruit shape index, thickness of shuck, seed weight, rate of seed, thickness of shell, seed shape index, weight of kernel, rate of kernel were all determined, compared, and analyzed. The correlation of them was also discussed. The results indicated that there were obvious differences in morphology of pecan(Carya illinoinensis)germplasm; There was significantly positive correlation between the fruit weight and the seed weight(the correlation coefficient was 0.923), the fruit shape index was significantly positive correlated with nut shape index(the correlation coefficient was 0.941), the seed shape index was significantly negative correlated with the thickness of seed shell(the correlation coefficient was-0.478). ZL90 has the heaviest fruit and seed, thin shell, high-percent kernel, and the nuts are easy to shell. The intraspecific variation coefficient of ZL90 was small, and its trait transmission was stable.
