摘  要:以凤冈(FG)、石阡(SQ)及江口(JK)3个不同产地4种豆腐柴属植物为研究对象。经过大量试验测定了其枝条和叶片中可溶性糖、纤维素、蛋白质、果胶、总酚和总黄酮6种化学成分的含量。其中采用正交试验法考察了可溶性糖、纤维素、果胶、总酚和总黄酮的最优提取条件。结果表明,不同植物的化学物质含量各不相同,枝条和叶片含量差别很大,特别是可溶性糖和总黄酮,变异系数CV达0.34~0.51。以枝条含量和叶片含量为一级因子,以6种化学成分含量为二级因子,采用德尔菲法(Delphi)和层次分析法(AHP)法确定各级因子权重值,对含量数据作归一化去量纲处理后以多因子指数和法计算了各产地各种植物的综合得分,可知狐臭柴(JK)具有最高的估值得分,分值2.25,为最优品种。研究为贵州豆腐柴植物的开发利用提供了依据,建立的评分系统可以为类似课题提供参考。Take the Premna Linn. Plants collected from 3 diifferent areas namely the Fenggang(FG), the Shiqian(SQ) and the Jingkou(JK) as the research objects. Contents of soluble sugar, cellulose, protein, pectin, the plant polyphenols, total flavonoids were measured by lots of tests. The optimum extraction technology conditions of soluble sugar, cellulose, pectin, polyphenols and flavonoids were ensured with orthogonal tests. The results showd that: the different plants had quite different contents, the chemical contents of leaves were usually much higher than the contents of branches especially, the soluble sugar and the flavonoids with the coefficient of variation0.34~0.51. Take the contents of leaves and the contents of branches as the primary factors and the 6 chemical contents as the second factors. First, the Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) were used to get the weighted values. Then, the dates were normalized. Finally, the multi-factor rating weighted index summation method was used to calculate the scores. The results show that the Premna puberula Pamb.(JK) had the highest score of 2.25, it was the best variety. The study provided the basis for the development and using of Premna Linn.Plants. The rating system can be used in the similar subjects.
