摘　　要：【目的】掌握中国英文科技学术期刊的发展现状与国际影响力情况,为我国英文科技期刊国际化发展提供政策参考。【方法】对中国英文科技学术期刊基本现状进行分布统计分析,基于《中国学术期刊国际引证年报》与JCR数据,进行期刊国际影响力的全面计量和多维度比较分析。【结果】我国英文科技学术期刊发展势头良好,整体国际影响力不断提升,但期刊布局与发展尚不均衡,与出版强国相比还有差距,有较多国际引用来自国内机构。【结论】国家的英文科技期刊扶持政策已见成效,应持续支持;建议进行学科与地域布局规划,针对两极分化进行统筹调整,建议在国际影响力评价指标中增加"海外机构引用比例"。[Purposes] The paper aims to provide policy references for the international development of China＇s English academic scientific journals based on an overall study of these journals. [Methods] A deep investigation on the present status of China＇s English academic journals was conducted,according to the Annual Report for International Citation of Chinese Academic Journals and Journal Citation Reports,the international influences of China＇s English academic scientific journals were compared from different dimensions. [Findings] China＇s English academic scientific journals are show ing a good developing trend and the international influences as a whole are enhanced steadily. How ever,there is still a big gap compared with some foreign countries and the journal subjects are in an unbalanced layout. The paper also finds that a lot of international citations are actually from domestic institutions. [Conclusions]Chinese government should provide a sustainable support to English academic journals and conduct a good journal discipline and region arrangement. What＇s more,an integral planning and adjustment should be taken against the unbalanced journal development. The paper also suggests an international influence index to measure the ratio of citation from oversea institutions.
