摘  要:目的探讨OK-432对人口腔鳞癌细胞系Tca8113和Bca CD885的药物敏感性。方法采用四基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测不同剂量OK-432在5个时间点(1、2、3、4、5 d)对Tca8113和Bca CD885的生长抑制作用,计算不同时间点OK-432的半数抑癌率(IC50)和生长抑制率,选择药物作用后第4天观察量效关系。结果 OK-432能明显抑制Tca8113和Bca CD885细胞的增殖生长,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其抑制效应随药物浓度升高而增高。结论 OK-432能显著抑制Tca8113和Bca CD885增殖,对Tca8113的敏感性比Bca CD885强。Objective To study the cytotoxic effects of OK-432 on the two human oral squamous cell carcinoma Tea8113 and BcaCD885 cell lines. Methods The inhibitory effects and the 50% inhibition concentration values(ICS0) of OK-432 against Tca8113 and BcaCD885 with different drug concentration were evaluated by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTF). The time-dependent cytotoxic effects of OK-432 were in 1-5 days, and the dose-effect relationship was investigated at the 4th day. Results OK-432 had high anticancer effects on Tca8113 and BcaCD885, and compared with the control group they were significantly higher(P 〈 0.05), and the cytotoxic effects were dose-dependent. Conclusion OK-432 significantly inhibits the proliferation of Tca8113 and BcaCD885 cell, and the inhibition on Tca8113 is stronger than on BcaCD885.
