煤炭企业三级综合医院学科建设的探索与思考

摘　　要：目的对三级综合煤炭企业医院学科建设进行有益探索,为医院今后学科发展及其他煤炭企业医院学科建设提"供借鉴依据。方法回顾性分析2016年以前医院开展学科建设工作中的探索及取得的成绩。结果通过重点学科建设,医院医疗质量逐年上升,科研水平逐年提高。结论医院实施的学科建设战略能够促进医院学科建设水平逐步提高,并对其他三级综合煤炭企业医院起到示范和借鉴作用。Objective To provide reference for the future development of the hospital and the construction of other hospital subjects in coal enterprises by explorating the subject construction of three - level compre‐hensive coal enterprise .Methods The results of the exploration and achievement of the subject construc‐tion before 2016 were analyzed retrospectively .Results Through the construction of key disciplines ,the hospital medical quality was increased year by year ,scientific research level was also increased year by year . Conclusions The implementation of the discipline construction strategy can promote the construction of hospital discipline gradually raise the level ,and other three - level integrated coal enterprise hospitals play a demonstration and reference role .
