摘　　要：目的:了解某护理学院大一本科护生健康素养状况,为学校开展健康教育提供依据。方法:采用2009年中国公民健康素养调查问卷,运用整群抽样方法对660名大一本科护生进行问卷调查。结果:大一本科护生健康素养具备率为9.1%,不同性别、生源地、月生活费、家庭月收入的护生健康素养差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。具备健康知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和健康技能比例分别为23.8%、2.1%和60.8%。5类健康问题素养上安全与急救素养具备率最高(56.1%),慢性病预防素养具备率最低(7.9%)。结论:大一本科护生的健康素养水平较低,健康知识掌握不平衡,尤其在健康生活方式与行为及慢性病预防方面,应加强大学生健康教育。Objective：To understand the status of health literacy among freshman nursing students,and to provide the basis of implementing health education.Methods：Stratified random cluster sampling method was used to choose 660 freshman nursing students.And“health literacy questionnaire of chinese citizens in 2009 ”was used to carried out the survey.Results：The proportion of freshman nursing students who had held health literacy was 9.1%,Different gender,origin,monthly cost of living,family monthly income of no statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The proportions of college student with health knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health skills were 23.8%,2.1% and 60.8%.According to the health literacy of 5 dimensionality,only 7.9% had chronic disease control and prevention related knowledge.The awareness rate of safety and first aid was （56.1%）.Conclusion：The level of health literacy of freshman nursing students is low,health knowledge mastering imbalance,especially in the healthy lifestyle and behavior,and chronic disease prevention;The College should strengthen health education.
