摘　　要：目的旨在介绍临床医生获取罕见病诊疗知识的图书情报资源途径。方法本文介绍了罕见病知识获取的几种常见途径及其特点、适用范围,并对医院图书馆应采取的对策进行了分析。结果临床医生获取罕见病诊疗知识的图书情报资源途径包括图书、学术期刊、网络数据库和搜索引擎等途径。结论选择合理的图书情报路径对于提高临床医生罕见病知识和诊疗水平具有重要的辅助作用。Objective The aim of the study was to introduce the library and information service by which clinicians acquire knowledge on rare disease diagnosis and treatment. Methods In this article, we introduced several main library and information service for rare diseases for clinicians, and analyzed their characteristics and application scopes, and proposed the corresponding strategies that should be adopted in hospitals. Results The main pathways of library and information service for rare diseases for clinicians in hospitals include books, journals, and online databases and search tools. Conclusion Selecting appropriate library and information service strategies on rare diseases is very helpful for clinicians during their diagnosis and treatment practice.
