老年慢性病人群健康服务的困境与应对

摘　　要：老年人是慢性病高患病率群体,也是需要大量医疗护理资源保障的人群。本文通过分析各类统计数据,梳理了老年慢性病人群的健康服务需求剧增与老年健康服务供给不足间存在的困境,提出建立科学认知、利用新媒介与新技术,整合资源,创新思维解决老年慢性病人群的医疗健康服务问题。The elderly is a group of high chronic diseases prevalence,and a population that in need of a large number of health care resources to support. By analyzing various statistical data,the paper collates the plight between the surging demands of health services of the elderly with chronic diseases surge and insufficient supply of health services among the elderly. Putting forward the establishment of scientific cognition,the paper proposes counter- measures to deal with the problems of medical health services of the elderly with chronic diseases by applying new media,new technology,resources integration and innovative thinking.
