摘　　要：马克思主义大众化是马克思主义理论创新与发展的应有之义,是解决我国经济与社会发展问题的现实需要。理论传播者与受众之间的知识共享是探索马克思主义大众化实现路径的一个崭新视角。知识共享在实现传受双方信息互通、良性互动的前提下可优化配置马克思主义大众化的资源,在实现传受双方情感共鸣与思想认同的基础上可有效提升受众对马克思主义大众化的认同。但个体间的利益竞争、组织内部的不和谐文化、知识的隐性和分散性也制约着马克思主义大众化两大行为主体间的知识共享。因此,应基于顶层设计推动建立团队绩效机制和完善考核机制,以树立传受共同体的意识;基于利益驱动建立健全物质奖励机制,以激发传受双方知识共享的兴趣;基于主体联动加强建设信息共享平台,以扩宽传受双方互通、互动的渠道。Popularization of Marxism is the inherent meaning of innovation and development of Marxist theory, and it is also the reality need to solve the problem of the economic and social development of our country. The knowledge sharing between communicators and audience is a new perspective to realize popularization of Marxism. Knowledge sharing can optimize the allocation of resources of popularization of Marxism on the basis of realizing information exchange and positive interaction between communicators and audience, can effectively improve the audience＇ s identity of popularization of Marxism on the basis of realizing emotional resonance and ideological identity between them. But the interest competition among individuals, the internal disharmony culture, the hidden and dispersion of knowledge restricts knowledge sharing of communicators and audience that are two adaptive agents of the popularization of Marxism. Therefore, build team performance mechanism and establish examine mechanism on the basis of the top level in order to establish a sense of community; build material stimulus mechanism on the basis of the interest driven in order to stimulate interest in knowledge sharing strengthen the construction of sharing information platform on the basis of stakeholder linkage exchange and interactive channels. among two sides; in order to broaden
