创新创业能力培养目标下高校旅游人才培养模式研究——以荷兰萨克逊应用科技大学为例

摘　　要：创新和科技是开启"中国梦"的重要钥匙,高校创新创业教育已经上升到国家战略层面的重要地位。探讨高校创新创业人才培养模式现状,并总结出创新创业教育培养的四个路径;在此基础上,通过对荷兰萨克逊大学旅游专业的课程设置和培养模式的分析,归纳出萨克逊大学旅游专业创新创业能力培养过程模型,进而提出我国创新创业培养在课程培养模式上的改革建议。Innovation and science and technology are important keys to the ＂Chinese dream＂. And the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities has risen to the national strategic level. This research mainly discusses the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship talents training mode in China＇ s universities, and sums up four development paths to innovation and entrepreneurship training. Next, it summarizes the dynamic model of innovation and entrepreneurship training process, based on a deep analysis of the curriculum setting and training mode for tourism majors in Saxion University. At last, it proposes the reform advice for our country＇s innovation and entrepreneurship training mode.
