应用型本科经管类专业实践教学质量提升研究——以黄山学院经济管理学院为例

摘　　要：当前经管类本科人才培养与社会(企业)人才需求之间存在结构性矛盾。一方面经管类毕业生就业质量不高,另一方面用人单位(企业)找不到理想的经管类人才。问题的关键是在经管类人才培养过程中对实践教学重视不足。通过解剖黄山学院经济管理学院经管类人才培养过程中实践教学案例,提出了提升经管类专业实践教学质量的四点建议,即完善专业基础性验证实验或实训体系、构建创新性实践教学体系、打造实战性实践教学平台和探索毕业设计"真题实做"。Currently, there are structural contradictions between undergraduate training of economic management majors and the demands of society （enterprises）. On one hand, the satisfactory quality of employment of enterprises can not find personnel majoring in economic management. The key problem lies in inadequate attention to practical teaching and low quality in the process of training economic management students. This paper explores and analyzes practical teaching cases in the process of training economic management majors in Huangshan College, putting forward four suggestions on improving practical teaching quality. They include improving basic experiment or training system, constructing innovative practical teaching system, establishing actual practical teaching platform and exploring ＂real topic, real work＂ graduation design.
