在校大学生拖延心理调查研究——以黄山学院为例

摘　　要：为了探讨黄山学院在校大学生的一般拖延行为,采用Lay编制的一般拖延行为量表(GPS)修订版,对黄山学院347名在校大学生的一般拖延行为情况进行调查。结果发现:(1)拖延总分总体表现中等;(2)在拖延时间上,性别存在显著差异,男生的拖延时间显著高于女生;(3)在拖延任务上存在显著的学科差异,文科得分显著高于理科;(4)在拖延时间上,绩点排名前1/3的学生得分明显低于后2/3的学生;在拖延任务上,排名前1/3的学生得分明显低于后2/3的学生。得出结论:黄山学院在校大学生普遍存在拖延现象。To explore the general procrastination behavior of the students in Huangshan University, we conduct a survey on 347 students with the revised edition of Lay＇s General Procrastination Scale （GPS）. The results show that（1） the total score of procrastination is at medium level; （2） In terms of procrastination time, there are significant differences in gender, boys showing more severe procrastination than girls; （3） Students have significant differences in terms of procrastination task, with arts students scoring higher than their science counterparts; （4） Students who are at the topl/3get lower scores than the rest in procrastination time; it is the same in procrastination task. So we come to the conclusion that procrastination is a common phenomenon among students in Huangshan University.
