90后大学生就业道德缺失与矫正研究

摘　　要：随着我国大学生就业人数的逐年增加,大学生就业越来越困难,大学生就业道德缺失现象也日益严重,对大学生就业道德缺失进行矫正愈发显得重要。以安徽省部分高校90后毕业生为研究对象,旨在通过调研衡量当前90后大学生就业道德缺失现状和矫正情况,并通过对学校、家庭、社会的反思分析造成这种情况的原因,探讨加强和改进90后大学生就业道德缺失行为矫正力度的方法。As the number of graduates is increasing year by year, the employment of college students is becoming more and more difficult, and the phenomenon of college students＇ lack of is also becoming increasingly serious. This paper, taking some graduates born in the employment ethics 1990s from some colleges and universities in Anhui province as the research object, aims to measure the present situation and the rectification of the students＇ absence of employment morality in order to analyze the causes and explore the ways to strengthen and improve the rectification through reflections upon the school, the family and the society.
