摘  要:以提升学生职业核心素养的职业教育供给侧改革成为新时期经济社会发展对职业教育的诉求。职业核心素养兼有"个体发展"与"社会发展"的双重取向,职业学校实施个性化育人模式是提升学生职业核心素养的重要方式。职业学校在实施个性化育人时需要不断修正个性化育人方案,通过第三方保险去除实施育人活动的安全束缚,点燃学生心中那盏灯是促成学生个性化发展的重要一环,同时要注意教育评价对学生职业核心素养评价的有限性。The vocational education supply side reform which aims at improving the students' professional core competence has become the appeal of social economic development in the new era to vocational education. The professional core competence has dual orientations of individual development and social development. It is an important way for vocational schools to implement individualized education mode to improve the students' core competence. Vocational schools should constantly modify the individualized education plan. It is an important part to promote the students' individual development through third party insurance for the safety of educational actiVities. Meanwhile, attention should be paid to the limited educational evaluation on the students' core competence evaluation.
