摘　　要：创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达不竭的动力。2012年5月4日,教育部、财政部联合印发了《"高等学校创新能力提升计划"实施方案》,方案中明确要求"加快高校机制体制改革,转变高校创新方式,充分发挥高等教育作为科技第一生产力和人才第一资源重要结合点的独特作用,在国家创新发展中做出更大的贡献"。农机化学生实践能力训练的活动机制建设要建立良好的创新实践能力训练氛围;做好两个课堂的整合协同;培育建设实践能力训练教师团队;搭建实践能力训练平台;成立大学生科创实践能力训练中心;建立健全宣传与人才选拔机制。Innovation is the soul of a nation＇s progress and the inexhaustible motive force for national prosperity.May 4, 2012, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the ＂ ＂ Higher Colleges and Universities Innovation Capability Plan ＂ implementation plan＂ clearly requires ＂ Universities mechanism to accelerate reform, innovation change the way colleges and universities, give full play to science and technology education as the first productivity and human resources important first point of combining the unique role and make greater contribution to innovation and development in the country. ＂ The party＇s 18 report also proposed ＂ full implementation of quality education, deepen comprehensive reform of education, focus on improving the quality of education, students sense of social responsibility, innovation, practical ability.＂ At the same time, the party＇s 18 made the implementation of the innovation-driven major deployment strategy, emphasizing technological innovation to improve the strategic support of social productive forces and overall national strength. Building an innovative country, to improve the capability of independent innovation, the key is to cultivate high-level talents with innovative ability. Outstanding innovative talents is the core personnel, reserves and the role of shouldering the great rejuvenation of the great historical mission, outstanding talent and the country＇s future destiny is tied up,which has tremendous energy and dedication, is the realization of wealthy and strong country basis, in competition in comprehensive national strength has a decisive role.
