新形势下医患纠纷的成因及对策

摘　　要：医疗纠纷往往导致医患双方两败俱伤,其产生的原因主要是:医疗体制存在弊端;医疗机构管理滞后;医务人员缺乏与患者的沟通;法律法规、社会舆论导向不当。为改善医患关系,防范医疗纠纷的发生,需要完善医疗保障体系和医疗机构运行机制;健全医疗机构的管理,提高医疗质量;建立相互信任的医患关系;完善医疗纠纷解决的法律、法规;充分发挥新闻媒体的正面宣传作用;建立医疗责任保险制度和医疗损害赔偿基金制度。Medical disputes sometimes causing internecine between doctors and patients,the main reasons were that abuse existed in medical system,medical institution management was lag,medical staff rarely communicated with sufferer,correlative law and code were distempered,and social direction of public opinion was improper. In order to improve doctors and patients＇ relationship and keep away medical disputes,medical guarantee system and medical organizations function should be perfected,medical organizations management should be improved,medical quality should be advanced,and should build interdependent doctors and patients relationship,mend the law and code. The media should report objectively,build medical liability insurance system and compensation fund system for injuries inflicted by medical malpractice.
